What we ask of sellers

  • Invite only — sellers with high dispute rates lose access.
  • Every lead must pass our automatic quality gate (no manual exceptions) and carry a consent record.
  • Leads listed on LeadBid are sold through LeadBid only for that enquiry.
  • For solar leads, sellers must qualify roof details (orientation, type, shading). LeadBid enforces required fields; it does not inspect roofs.
