  • Yours alone, for good

    Each lead is listed once. We check new leads against every lead already listed by any seller, so the same homeowner can’t reach you twice through someone else.

  • The homeowner says yes to you

    After you win, the homeowner gets a message naming your company. Their details are released only when they reply YES. If they say no or don’t reply in time, you’re refunded in full.

  • You set the price

    You see the lead’s area, product and property details first (personal information hidden), then bid what it’s worth to you. You only pay for leads you win.

How it works

  1. Sellers list leads that have passed our automatic quality checks.
  2. You review the lead with personal information hidden, then bid.
  3. The winning installer is named to the homeowner for confirmation.
  4. After a YES, contact details land in your dashboard.

What every lead has passed

  • Verified UK mobile and email
  • Exact address match; homeowner or decision-maker status
  • Product-specific details (for solar: roof orientation, type and shading — sellers qualify these; LeadBid enforces required fields and does not inspect roofs)
  • Timescale and a consent record with wording and time
  • Listed promptly after the enquiry

If a lead isn’t right, tell us within the claim window. If it fails our published standard, you get a full refund of your bid — not a credit, not a replacement.
