Exclusive leads, confirmed by the homeowner.

LeadBid is a planned real-time marketplace for exclusive UK homeowner leads — solar, battery, solar + battery, and heat pump. Installers bid; sellers list overspill. Coming soon.

For installers

Bid on exclusive leads. Each lead goes to one installer, and the homeowner must reply YES before their details are released. No contract, no minimum spend, no monthly fee — pay per lead won.

For sellers

Sell the leads your buyers can’t take — out-of-area, over-cap or off-product overspill. Invite only. Adds income; doesn’t replace your existing buyers.

Built around quality

Sellers are invite only — access is earned and can be withdrawn.
Automatic quality gate — every lead must pass required checks before listing.
Homeowner confirmation — details release only after the homeowner replies YES.
One installer per lead — never shared and never resold.
Bad leads refunded in full — not a credit or a replacement.
High dispute rates lose access — sellers who don’t meet the bar are removed.
